This is the 2nd half of the faux debate between the challenger Delia Lopez and her scared opponent's video record. Too bad Earl Blumenauer refuses to simply face his strong Republican opponent Delia Lopez in a traditional debate format. Thankfully, Suzanne Gallagher at U-Choose offered Delia this substitute debate format, in cooperation with a redesigned James Dean life sized cut out and along with the plethora of public pronouncements by the incumbent Congressman Blumenauer.
