Judge Malihi talked to the attorneys in chambers before the hearing this morning and told them that he was going to enter a DEFAULT JUDGMENT against Obama and recommend that Obama's name not be on the Georgia ballot! All of the attorneys expressed a desire to put an abbreviated streamlined case on the record and the judge agreed."

Since the GA Secretary of State has as much as promised to follow Judge Malihi's recommendation as to whether or not Obama is indeed eligible to be placed on the Georgia Ballot in March, then I think it is safe to assume Obama will need to win his party's nomination and the general election without the votes of the good citizens of Georgia.
Pandora's box has now officially been opened to all those brave citizens around the country to demand, like the folks in Georgia did, to see proof the DNC's Presidential nominee is actually eligible to serve as the "Natural Born" President of the United States.

Update on Court Ruling:
ReplyDeleteCorruption continues in all cases seeking truth behind the sealed life of our Usurper and Chief. I do not understand how cases can be decided for the party who failed to show up to the proceedings. For some reason when that party is Barack Obama he never needs to lower himself to our level and provide proof of his background in these eligibility cases. No default judgements for the "no show" President, but for you and I we do not even possess the right to inquire into his questionable past because none of us has what the court calls "standing." Now we know that even a lower court judge can be turned to their line of thinking as is evidenced by judge Malihi in Georgia.
