In a one off move to top all one off moves, our great President Donald J. Trump took control of the power of the purse away from Congress using our US Constitution. Since Congress is suppose to control the direction of our spending through passing an annual budget which they have not apparently been able to accomplish for many years, they are forced to write and pass continuing resolutions which the President can either sign or not in order to continue funding the government.
By funding our government from one temporary continuing resolution to another this gives all the spending power over to the President (which to their minds should have been HRC). Congress may suggest where the continuing resolution funds are to be allocated but the President under the Constitution has no obligation to follow their suggestions. POTUS has essentially been given authorization from the Congress to spend that money however he sees fit.
Of course, President Trump believes in protecting the US from the hordes of illegal aliens attacking our southern border so he will be putting our tax money towards that end. President Trump will likely not be using our money to fund Planned Parenthood's murder of small babies growing inside their mother's womb nor to fund illegal sanctuary cities and states.
Praise the Lord for giving the US President Donald J. Trump and all the Q military patriots who are exposing and protecting us from the evil intrenched Left every day of the year.
