What does it mean for you to be qualified to serve as a legitimate "natural born citizen" President?
Natural Born Citizen
You must be born in the United States of America to 2 parents who are at the time of your birth citizens of the United States of America.
You are not eligible to serve as a "natural born US citizen" President if you are either a regular US citizen or a naturalized US citizen as you may not go back and rearrange the circumstances of your birth.
US Citizen
You simply need to be born in the United States of America regardless of the legal status of your parents at the time of your birth.
Naturalized US Citizen
For those legal US residents born outside the United States of America, they may study and pass their US citizenship class to allow them to be sworn in as a naturalized US Citizen.
